Canceling or Modifying a Purchase
We are able to cancel an order up to one (1) hour after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact:
concierge@miabecar.com
If the order has already shipped, please visit here and follow the prompts. You’ll be instructed on how to generate and print a return label, then drop off your parcel at a nearby FedEx store.
Retail Boutiques
Mia Becar currently does not have any brick-and-mortar retail stores.
Opening an Account to Make a Purchase
You do not need to open an account, but if you create one you will be able to track your parcel better as well as participate in the Mia Becar community, including new shoe alerts.

Preordering Shoes
Sometimes a particular shoe style becomes so popular that it sells out quickly. When this happens, you have the option to preorder a pair and reserve them for delivery at the next available date. Preordered shoes are shipped according to the date specified online. We’ll send you an email update when your parcel ships.
