PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON SALE ITEMS

We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the start of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the price can be approved.

All approved price changes will be credited in the form of a MIA BECAR GIFT CARD sent to your email provided from your initial purchase.

EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

If you wish to exchange your shoes, simply click here and choose your preferred item. Follow the prompts on the page to correctly return your package.

CANCEL/MODIFY YOUR ORDER

 We are able to cancel an order up to 1 hour after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact: concierge@miabecar.com

 If the order has already shipped, please click here and follow the prompts. You’ll be instructed on how to generate/print a return label and drop off your parcel at a nearby FedEx store.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders.

All orders placed by 1:30pm EST Monday–Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm EST on weekdays or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to major holidays and weather conditions.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Mia Becar offers international delivery to selected countries. To view a list of accessible countries, please select the ‘Country’ field under the ‘Delivery Address’ field at checkout. 

Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a non-U.S. country are subject to taxes and duties as determined by the customs office of the destination country. Delivery costs and duties, if any, are calculated at checkout before you submit your purchase. Please note that fees and duties on international purchases are nonrefundable.

U.S. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to deliver U.S. purchases to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

To track a purchase, please log into your account and view ‘My Purchases.’ Tracking information is available at the link provided. If you do not have a Mia Becar account, please use the tracking number provided in the order confirmation sent to you via email. If you don't have it, please contact us at concierge@miabecar.com

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

We offer Same-Day Delivery in the cities of New York and Los Angeles, as long as the orders come by 1pm EST and 11am PT. Please contact us at: concierge@miabecar.com

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

FedEx is no longer requiring signatures upon delivery of packages.

 

Returns

We want you to love your shoes as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Mia Becar accepts unworn, undamaged shoes returned in their original packaging. When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bags and shoebox, otherwise it will not be accepted.

INITIATING A RETURN

You have 30 days to try on your shoes and return them if necessary. Your shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, click here and follow the prompts. You’ll be instructed on how to generate and print a return label and drop off your parcel at a nearby FedEx store.

REFUND PROCESSING

Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund. 

Mia Becar offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is formally posted. Next, contact your bank: there often is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:

PAYMENT METHODS

Mia Becar accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. If you prefer, you may even make your purchase in multiple installments with Klarna.

You can apply up to 3 different forms of payment to the same purchase.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applied based on the delivery destination of your shipment.

SIZE AND FIT

Mia Becar shoes come in standard European sizes. If a shoe has a size variance, it is mentioned on the product page.

Every Mia Becar shoe is handmade in Italy by renowned artisans we know by name and our Espadrilles collection is uniquely handcrafted in Spain.
