Return Policy

We want you to love your shoes as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Mia Becar accepts any unworn, undamaged shoes returned in their original packaging. Take your shoes for a twirl, but remember to do it on a soft, carpeted surface. Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Initiating a Return

We extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from November 15th to December 16th will include extended complimentary returns to 45 days. 

Outside of this period, you have 28 days to try on your shoes and return them if necessary. Your shoes must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, visit here and follow the prompts. You’ll be instructed on how to generate and print a return label, then drop off your parcel at a nearby FedEx store.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is formally posted. Next, contact your bank. There often is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:
